September 15 2012 kicked off the annual Shoreline Clean up organized by the Vancouver Aquarium.
Not knowing what to expect a WCS employee volunteered among with the many other good citizens to clean up after those who left their recyclable and non recyclable materials behind.
Apart from the many recyclable beverage containers and garbage that was collected, a few other items were found such as massive tire used on a semi truck, a wooden door frame and even sail boat just to name a few.
